01

Warm Welcome

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team who are here to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Look for our team at the main entrance where you can ask any questions and get directions.

Family-Friendly Environment

Families are important to us — we want you in church together, as part of the community. We understand the needs of young families, so we've created spaces to help you feel comfortable.

Children’s Program

At Church of the Vale, we offer a vibrant and engaging Kids Program called Vale Kids. This program runs concurrently with our 8:30 AM & 10:30 AM services and provides a safe, fun, and God-focused, educational environment for children from 18 months through to grade 6.

What to expect for your children

Safe and Secure Check-In

Your child's safety is our top priority. Our secure check-in system ensures peace of mind so you can enjoy the service without worry. You'll receive a unique code for pick-up to ensure only authorized individuals can check out your child.

Age-Appropriate Learning

Children are grouped by age to provide the most relevant and engaging activities. Each group has dedicated, trained volunteers who are passionate about helping children learn and grow in their faith.

Interactive Activities:

From Bible stories and crafts to music and games, your child will enjoy a variety of activities designed to teach important values and stories from the Bible in a fun and interactive way.

Faith Foundations:

Every week, children are introduced to God’s Word in a way they can understand and apply. Through stories, worship and conversation we help children build strong foundations of faith that grow with them.

Plan your Visit

01

Arrive Early

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the service starts, especially if you have children to check into Vale Kids. This gives you plenty of time to grab a coffee from our café, get settled, and familiarise yourself with our location.

02

Parking

Church of the Vale offers plenty of parking spaces with designated spots for families and visitors close to the entrance. Our parking team will be on hand to direct you to the best available spot.

03

Dress Code

Come as you are! There is no specific dress code at Church of the Vale. Whether you prefer casual attire or like to dress up, you’ll feel right at home.

Frequently asked questions

Around 1 hour and 20 minutes. That includes worship, a message from the Bible, and time to respond. Vale Kids runs at the same time, so the whole family finishes together. Stick around afterwards for a coffee. We would love to meet you.

We start with worship, which is live and loud and full of heart. Then one of our pastors opens the Bible and shares something practical you can take into your week. We finish with a moment to pray and respond if you want to.

Absolutely. Vale Youth is our high school ministry and it meets Friday nights during the school term, with camps, events and activities throughout the year. On Sunday mornings, high schoolers join us in the main service, and plenty of them serve on our teams as well. It is a great way to meet people fast.

Of course! Church of the Vale welcomes everyone, regardless of where you are in your faith journey or your personal beliefs or identity. Our heart is to provide a welcoming environment for all to explore the truth of who Jesus is.
